Flora Farms Mulegé – RV Camping on Bahía Concepción

This is where you actually book your stay.

Flora Farms Mulegé is in Phase One:

25 dry camping RV and overland sites
Big views, open space, and basic services
Full hookups and bath house coming in later phases

Our prices are aligned with Bahía Concepción beach camping, where most spots run around 200–300 pesos per night for dry camping. (Cross Border Coverage)

Current RV & Camping Rates (Phase One – Dry Camping)

All prices are in Mexican pesos (MXN).

Nightly Rate – Dry Camping Site

300 MXN per night
Includes: 1 RV/rig + up to 2 adults
Additional adults: +50 MXN per person per night
Children under 12: free with family

Weekly Rate – Stay 7, Pay 6

1,800 MXN for 7 nights
You pay for 6 nights (6 × 300 = 1,800 MXN), your 7th night is effectively free
Same occupancy: 1 rig + up to 2 adults

Longer Stays / Monthly (Intro Pricing)

From 7,500 MXN per 30 days (base rate for 1 rig + 2 adults)
Actual price may vary by:
- Length of stay
- Season
- Services available at that time

What’s Included in Your Nightly Rate

In Phase One (dry camping) your rate includes:

A spacious dry camping site on private land (no tight parking-lot rows)
Access via our graded dirt road from Highway 1
Self check-in by QR code on arrival
Access to basic toilet facilities (composting or portable units, depending on phase)
Use of marked walking areas and viewpoints on the 560-acre property
Access to our fresh fruit and vegetable stand with daily deliveries from two nearby organic farms (about 10 km away)

As we add more, we’ll update what’s included:

Bath house with showers and sinks
Full-hookup RV sites (water, sewer, 30/50-amp electric)
Additional shared areas and experiences

What’s Not Included (Yet)

To keep expectations clear, here’s what you do not get in Phase One:

No individual water hookups at sites
No individual sewer hookups
No individual electrical hookups
No guaranteed Wi-Fi at all sites

You are responsible for:

Your own water supply
Your own power (solar, batteries, generator)
Your own waste tanks (no illegal dumping—ever)
Basic campsite cleanliness and safety

This is authentic Baja dry camping on private land, not a finished resort (yet).

How to Book

1. Book Online (Recommended)

Click “Book Your RV Stay” or “Check Availability”
Choose your dates and number of nights (nightly or weekly)
Enter your details and pay the required deposit
Receive your confirmation email with:
- Your dates and amount paid
- Directions and GPS pin
- Self check-in link or QR code

2. Book Direct by Message

If you have special needs, longer stays, or group bookings:

Email or WhatsApp us directly
Share:
- Your rig type and length
- Number of people
- Desired dates and approximate length of stay

We’ll confirm availability and send a payment link or bank details.

Deposits & Payments

To keep reservations serious but fair:

For Nightly & Weekly Bookings:

50% deposit at the time of booking
Remaining 50% due on arrival

For Monthly / Long-Stay Bookings:

50% deposit to reserve
Remaining 50% due on arrival / first day of stay

If you prefer to pay 100% upfront, you can—you’ll just have fewer things to think about when you arrive.

Cancellation Policy

We’re small and building this with our own hands, so cancellations hurt—but we also get that life happens.

Standard Bookings (Nightly / Weekly):

7+ days before arrival:
- Full refund of your deposit
3–6 days before arrival:
- 50% refund of your deposit
Within 48 hours of arrival or no-show:
- No refund

Monthly / Long-Stay Bookings:

14+ days before arrival:
- Full refund of your deposit
7–13 days before arrival:
- 50% refund of your deposit
Less than 7 days before arrival:
- No refund of deposit

If you have a genuine emergency, contact us—we’ll look at options, but we can’t guarantee exceptions.

Check-In & Check-Out

To keep things flowing smoothly:

Check-in: 2:00 PM
Check-out: 11:00 AM

Early arrival or late departure:

Possible only with prior approval
Depends on site availability and other bookings

Ask ahead and we’ll let you know yes or no—no games.

Self Check-In: Fast & Simple

After booking, you receive a confirmation email.
That email includes:
- GPS pin and map link
- Written directions from Highway 1
- A link or QR code to your self check-in form
When you reach the entrance:
- Follow the signs
- Scan the QR code on the sign or use the email link
- Fill in your name, rig type, license plate, number of nights, and party size
That’s it—you’re checked in and free to head to your site.

Groups & Caravans

If you’re traveling as a:

RV club
Overland convoy
Family/friends caravan

Current group availability
Possible group rates
Help placing rigs near each other on the property

This part is handled manually so we don’t overbook and wreck the vibe.

Long-Term & Monthly Stays

If you want to stay longer than a quick vacation:

2–4 week stays
1–3 month “snowbird” stays
“Test the area” stays before thinking about fractional or real estate

We handle these case by case:

Base monthly from 7,500 MXN
Final price based on:
- Duration
- Season
- Services available (pure dry camping vs. upgraded services)
